Press release from Nassau Community College: March 23, 2022 Garden City, NY – Nassau Community College continues its annual "Day of Service" on Tuesday, March 29th with a day-long celebration to serve those in need and to show support for the people of Ukraine, Hospitalized Children, and Animal Rescue. SUNY Nassau's Day of Service also includes a Volunteer Fair presented by the Applied Learning Committee with support from the NCC Community Service Committee. The Volunteer Fair provides the College community with the opportunity to meet with 13 different non-profit organizations to discuss volunteer positions, as well as internships and part-time jobs for the spring and summer.
