Description

An AGA Handicap Go tournament open to all players and a single-elimination MI State Championship open to Dan level players. All participants must be a current AGA member. MI State Championship participants must have lived in Michigan 6 of the last 12 months and have a green card or better. Check-in begins at 10am with instructions and first matchups starting at 10:30am. Players eliminated from the State Championship are automatically moved to the HC tournament for continued game play if desired. Early registration lasts until May 7th. Championship registration ends May 18th. Late / Same Day Handicap registration begins May 18th. All games follow the AGA ruleset. State Championship games are 45 minutes main time and 5x30s byoyomi. Handicap games are 30 minutes main time with 3x30s byoyomi. Prizes TBA
