Small adult dog looking for perfect home

Shi tzu/poodle mix. She's 8 years old. She weighs 15 lbs. Rehoming fee and adoption details to be discussed with the family chosen for adoption. No I'm not asking a ridiculous amount of money for her however I am being very selective and "picky" about who her forever home should be. She's like a child to us and this is breaking our hearts to have to do this. Prefer a home with no other dogs. No small children. An older person/couple would be perfect. Cats are fine! Of course each situation will be different and another small dog might be ok depending on that dog's temperament. She's a very loving lap dog that requires tons of love and affection!! She does bark but I wouldn't say it was obsessive. She's not fully potty trained to go outside, she's always gone on puppy pads and we've recently moved somewhere with a fenced yard and have been working on teaching her to go outside but it's still a work in progress. She does however know how to use the puppy pads.
