LONG BEACH, NY — The victim of a shooting early Saturday in Long Beach has succumbed to his injuries, police said. The victim, identified as Humberto Manuel Francis Hernandez, 37, of St. Albans, Queens, died on Wednesday, according to police. Hernandez was listed in critical condition after the shooting on East Broadway. Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
