FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Heaven is a dog available for adoption through the Fredericksburg SPCA. She has received lots of love from her foster family, but the SPCA is ready to help her find her forever home. "With a name like Heaven, how can you not be on Cloud 9 after meeting this happy girl," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. "A sweet and affectionate pup, Heaven just wants to be around her humans!" "She can be found hanging out with her toys or showcasing her great manners while playing with other pups," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. In addition to her stellar manners, Heaven is well trained when it comes to bathroom breaks. She's signaled to her foster mom when she needs to go outside.
