I just knew there was a better way to run a business and manage a team to create amazing results. And that's what we do. We have built an apprentice program that will teach you how to work with your hands and be a craftsman (or person). We offer great pay, a great working environment, the opportunity to make great money and get promoted as fast as your ability allows, or even the ability to take TONS of time off to follow some of your passions. One of our team members takes on average, 4 days off every month. No micro management. No pointing of fingers. NO BS. We work hard, we play hard. I like to water ski, what is your passion? We have a great training program that takes two to four months, depending on your ability to learn and follow directions. We are currently building out Denver's only painting and paper training center. Trades are dying, but they don't need to. Durring your first two to four months, we do need you to buckle down, and learn. But after that, if you want to focus on making great money, you can do that. If you want to take a week or three off to travel every now and again, you can do that. I just approved a three-week holiday for one of our guys this week...and I just got back from Mexico. We are an interior painting company, and we typically stay booked out for several months at a time, so we have TONS of work. BUT, we are also one of the largest companies of our kind in the Denver metro area, so it allows us to be flexible. Want to kill it and start making GREAT money? We have a career path that can get you making over $70k/year (Our top painters made over $80K). You don't need to go to trade school to do it, we pay you while you learn. All apprentices start at $16/hr, but you can move up fairly quickly and be making over $20/hr in just a few months. It takes following directions and systems and is focused on the task at hand. Once you get into a lead position (this depends on how fast you learn), you go into a performance pay structure where your income potential has a very high ceiling, and you are eligible for several bonuses; you could earn as much at $600/mo in bonus pay. AND we even have a SIGNING BONUS!! $200 after 8 weeks, $200 additional after 90 days. $400 at 3 months. We have very little turnover if our team makes it 3 months.
