We are looking for dedicated and reliable team members to perform various general production tasks at our client's meat processing and packaging facility located in New London, WI. RESPONSIBILITIES: Make or pack product in boxes and/or onto pallets Remove product from racks or place product on racks Count or weigh product and document accordingly Perform general housekeeping duties Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements Must be able to work in a high frequency, fast paced environment Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, fractions, etc.) · Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed · Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently · Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally · Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 30 pounds frequently · Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures in a damp environment. · The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
