Husky wants off the chain

Golden Husky needs a fenced in yard. Neutered male. Good with other dogs and cats and kids. He does tend to try to jump up on new people but stops if they don't permit it. He has been marking inside the house so he has been outside on a long cable. Would love to find a home with a fenced in yard so he can run more freely. He showed up in our yard a couple years ago as a stray. He was not clean so we got him fixed and kept him. Looking to find a new home with a fenced in yard as we live in the country and do not want to have to put up fence
