CRANSTON, RI — For the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the Boston Marathon is back on its normal date. Following last year's fall race, Marathon Monday will be April 18. Seven runners from Cranston will compete in this year's race. See the full list below. Jonah Bornstein, 20Heather Bourgeois, 34Dan Gentile, 55Courtney Imondi, 31Shannon Krasnowiecki, 55Geri Kuklinski, 30Jonathan Pincince, 44 The marathon was held last October, following the postponement and eventual cancellation of the 2020 race. This year's race, the 126th Boston Marathon, will be held on Patriots Day, as is tradition.
