Paul A. Berry, 50, of West Chester, is free on $100,000 bail on robbery and related charges after being arraigned before District Judge Marian Vito in West Chester. Police said he entered a store in the 100 block of East Market Street and assaulted a store owner, before fleeing with $1,000.Stacey Bechtel, 43, of Pottstown, is charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Police said she shoplifted unidentified items on Dec. 26 at Ace Hardware, 720 W. Strasburg Road.Gabriel Tellez-Ojeda, 18, of West Chester, is in Chester County Prison is free on $10,000 bail on charges of assaulting and threatening a victim on March 20 at the Audubon Manor Apartments, 226 N. Everhart St. Jacob A. Dustin-Morgan, 27,of West Chester is charged with simple assault and harassment for assaulting a victim on March 17 at the Metropolitan Apartment complex, 302 E. Marshall St.Connor B.Hoffman, 29, Exton, is charged with drunken driving after police stopped him at 2:44 a.m. on March 14 in the 700 block of North High Street. Police said he was taken to the police station until he became sober.
