CTF Illinois is an essential employer seeking an Associate Director of Residential Services to oversee all programming designed to enhance the skill development, health, freedom and personal dignity of individuals receiving services in the South Suburbs. Overview: Hire, train, support & manage CILA Support DirectorsOversee programs for people receiving services & ensure consistent follow through by CILA Support DirectorsEnsure each group home’s level of functionality is above minimum expectations, & perform monthly quality assurance assessments. Complete QIDP paperwork including implementation strategies, monthlies, assessments, consents, & quarterly reports. Complete internal investigations & incident/injury report follow-up.Coordinate with other departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources and NursingAdhere to on-call rotation as needed.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field from a four-year college or university.Current QIDP certification.Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and/or other PC applications.Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
