 Thrift Store Marketing Specialist Provides marketing leadership for the thrift store and manages high-end and consignable inventory, maximizing growth and income potential for the store. This position champions social media strategies to expand the store’s brand presence and to grow the customer base. This position also designs print collateral, including store signage, coupons, mailings, etc. to build the store’s customer base. This position makes sure that the highest safety standards are upheld, proper procedures are followed and customer service standards and deliverables are met. Thoroughly familiar with all aspects of programs offered at the center, the Resource Officer makes decisions having an impact on people and quality of service within each functional area. This role will be responsible for all communications and public relations messaging to consistently articulate CAC’s mission and to build awareness of CAC in the community at large and within core constituent groups. To that end, the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for telling CAC’s compelling story to diverse groups of stakeholders including donors, volunteers, partners, and others through various touchpoints. In addition to external outreach, the role will work closely with department managers to identify their individual needs within and across departments.
