Description
HARTSDALE, NY — Students and staff of the Woodlands Middle/High School in Hartsdale are safe after being evacuated Thursday because of a bomb threat.
School officials said the students were walked to the neighboring Leffell School on West Hartsdale Avenue and were held in the cafeteria with faculty support and a police presence.
The Greenburgh Police Department gave the all-clear that the building was safe and students were allowed to walk back to the schools and were dismissed from there.
However, all after-school activities were canceled for Thursday.
