Description
Looking for a man who would like to have some fun together Looking to start a group playing FUNK covers of hard rock/metal songs. We'll keep the lyrics the same so the songs remains obvious but changing the way the music itself is played. A lot more groove, or jazz if you prefer than just playing the song as is. I am not looking to cover what another band is already doing; in other words, not looking to cover a cover of a cover. We are Filthy Steeple - currently a five-piece dodecatet looking for a sixf to complete us. We strictly play each other's instruments, so that means rubber bands, feathers, contortions, and neighborliness. No rasp grasps. Our main requirement is that you have a fine instrument, and will allow us to play it whilst you plays ourses. Paisley is a plus. Herringbone not a part of the Colourfield. We friggin' kill it. Word. We have some gigs lined up at the following venues in the tri-street area, such as: 3/4/22 Jamboreff; 3/5/22 Club Foote; 3/6/22 Salty Ballroom...the list goes on--we perform daily. Gc3 Church is looking for someone to Lead worship with our established Worship Team. Looking for someone with Worship Experience, Who can sing and play guitar. We have a bass player, drummer, pianist, and often a female vocalist you would be working with. Practice is on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm currently but that may be able to be adjusted. Also practice at 8:30am for 10am service on Sundays. $100 per week I'm looking for a percussionist/electronic/cajon or bop (smaller) kit player for an acoustic rock act, doing some originals and some select covers (no cheese) in a 60-90 minute set. Also looking for a bass player, electric or acoustic. Looking to play in the local Morgantown area, but not immediately. This is a new project with some challenging tunes, so we'll learn together. I have rehearsal space with an acoustic set and a Roland SPD-30. Experienced players call or email me and we can talk about it. This is a good opportunity for someoneWould love to join a group or start one. I’ve been playing live with other people for over 15 years and have all my own equipment. Love playing a wide variety of genres - covers and also original music. As long as it’s not headbanging screaming stuff I’ll play it. I moved here from California so I’m just trying to get into musician community here in Jackson. Am willing to travel for gigs and practices too. Hit me up if you’re interested. We're currently a three-piece band (drums, bass, guitar; we're about to add a second guitarist as well) who have been playing for four months together. We're all super laid back and just love to play. We're hoping to start gigging soon, but no more than once or twice a month. Here I offer you lessons on how to track, edit and mix music in Pro Tools. Anywhere from beginner to advanced. And not just Pro Tools but actual hands on approaches to recording. If you want to learn different ways to mic a drum set, we can do that. Or maybe you want to learn better techniques in mixing. If you are a beginner, we can start with signal flow and setup. Whatever comes to mind, we can experiment and learn through practical action. My studio consists of everything you need to learn how to handle anything in the pro audio realm, with few exceptions.
