The Operations Manager at ProLawns ensures all the field specialists have the tools and information needed to succeed. They strategize, set and pursue production, growth and improvement goals. They ensure governmental compliance in our technical industry. They ensure our vehicles, equipment and facility are optimized to maximize performance; identifying bottle necks and coming up with and implementing creative solutions. They develop the systems that the company will follow to ensure inventory, equipment and systems support their strategy and growth goals. They contribute in planning the technical aspects of our industry, create and maintain vendor relationships, and develop the company to function to their standards. Nobody works past 4pm and there are is no weekend work. Weekly pay. No experience required for Field Specialists - Paid training. No landscape construction, mowing or snow plowing. What is a Lawn Care Specialist and what do they do? Lawn Care Specialists make the community greener. They use specialized knowledge, skills and equipment to make client’s lawns healthier and eliminate invasive weeds. This is accomplished with an exact application of liquid or granular fertilizer as well as water-based weed control products using specialized machines. Conditions and times at each lawn will always vary. Specialists likely won’t visit the same property more than three times. Expect something different every day.
