Looking to hire a full time flooring helper. I have 15+ years experience in the flooring industry along with general remodeling experience. Long story short is that I have a lot of knowledge to share with the right guy as well as great pay(starting $15/hr plus bonuses). Basic job requirements would be common sense, reliable transportation, good overall personal hygiene, prefer someone younger 23-30 but willing to make exception for the right guy, some knowledge of the construction industry, NOT a DRUNK/DRUGGIE/GHETTO/CRIMINAL. Those are just a few of the requirements for now but just know that I don’t tolerate any bullshit. I’m a very laidback guy generally but when it comes to work and doing things correct that is priority. Not only do we provide a skilled trade but great customer service as well. With all that being said I need somebody that enjoys dealing with people and is available to work Monday thru Friday from 9-4. There is lots more to the overall job scope but if you don’t meet all the above then why waste our time?
