Property Management Company looking for reliable sub-contractors to complete Preservation work in Aroostook County Maine The ideal sub-contractor would be capable of completing all facets of Preservation. This would include, but not be limited to, the following: - Landscape/Yard Maintenance - Snow Removal - Window/Door Repairs/Replacements - Roofing and Siding Repairs/Replacements - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Remediation Must have: - Required Insurances: General Liability, Workers Comp and Errors and Omissions (if able to obtain) - Equipment to effectively complete the work - Smart phone and computer - Aspen Grove Background Check - Required State Licenses (when applicable) We are looking to bring sub-contractors on immediately!!!
