I have a teacup yorkie (f) who’s a year and a half old. Born with hydrocephalus, she won’t let me cut her hair on her face or trim her nails due to her condition. She can never be bred due to that fact as well. I need to rehome her because I don’t have the time she deserves. She is pee pad trained but still has accidents due to her condition.
