Apartment complex with 300+ units is offering an immediate, full-time position for a Building Maintenance Technician. You will perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs such as moving appliances, installing ceiling fans, changing light sockets, replacing appliances, painting units, repairing drywall etc. Work hours range from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on call weekend and evening hours. Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience in apartment maintenance, must have a basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair knowledge, must have basic tools, and must be dependable.
