Concrete slab help

I'm looking for someone to help me attach about 50 square feet of concrete to an existing slab. It has to be 6 inches deep to hold a 2500 gallon well tank. Can have area dug out with forms in place. Need help tying in rebar, then mixing and laying the concrete. Please let me know if you're interested and your estimated charge. Can pay by the hour or job. See attached drawing. Thanks
