Food truck fabrication needed

I have purchased a small 2004 Freightliner Sprinter van last December that used to serve as a food truck. It has a two deep fryers that I want to replace with a top stove hot plate and a grill. It needs a commercial refrigeration, improved counter space and some touch ups. The van is quite small, a couple of the food trailer builders declined to help me because of its size. I believe a right person with some experience can find a way to retrofit it.
