As a Logistics Specialist, you'll handle shipping and receiving duties, Bills of Lading, inventory management, coordinating shipments from different branches, communicating with various team members regarding shipments, updating shipping and purchasing systems, handle tracking, ordering, purchasing, reporting inventory, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in the logistics, shipping, and receiving industry Experience with creating bills of lading and strong documentation skills Microsoft Excel experience Excellent verbal and communication skills Handle inventory and inventory reports The ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate safety awareness High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
