Local Export forage press looking for two guys for two positions. You must to be extremely hard working, on time every day, and willing to work until the job is done. There will be zero tolerance for showing up late or last minute calling in sick. Job #1 is operating a Hay press and being in charge of the 3 men that work on it. We run a tight schedule and speed and efficiency are absolutely necessary to being successful. Sitting around on your phone and not doing your fair share will not work here. Schedule is usually Mon-Fri 5:30am-5:00pm. Occasionally there is some Saturday work. Job #2 is operating two container handlers in two locations, here in Buena and in Outlook. Regular hours will usually be starting between 10-11 am, ending between 7-8 pm, and half days on Saturdays but the hours will be flexible then. A pickup will be provided to move between locations. Once again, being very responsible and timely will be of absolute importance. Our schedule with trucks doesn’t have any room for slacking. Text is preferred.
