Plant Care Company is a locally owned landscape maintenance & small installation landscape company. We are looking for seasonal employees with option for year-round work. We specialize in landscape remodels, pruning, annual color, plant health assessments and maintenance. No lawn mowing. We are looking for people that are passionate about plants and love working outdoors. We are looking to start new hires around the 1st of May. We work 10hr days from 7am-5pm with 3 day weekends. Compensation: - $22.00-$26.00hr DOE - Paid vacation time with completion of seasonal summer agreement. One week paid time off for full time employees. - 401K for year round employees that join our winter business (Ski shop Montana Ski Tuning & Boot Fitting) What we are looking for: Landscape installation & Maintenace full & part time: • Able to work 20-40hrs a week • Ideal candidates have experience but not necessary • Good time management, positive communication • Professional and quality communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to be on their feet for long periods • Listening skills, able to take direction and give direction • Ability to learn on the job
