The Maintenance Mechanic must possess the desire and ability to maintain all plant equipment.  As a member of the Jerome team the Maintenance Mechanic will be a partner in the Operations Division. The Maintenance Mechanic’s role is to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. $1000 Sign on Bonus    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
