The following are small jobs, needing to be done by this weekend, offered prices do not include materials. Please note payment is via Zelle only, text only please: 1) Vinyl siding needs to be replaced, less than 150 square feet total, you must have ladders and/or scaffolding as a portion of the missing siding is roughly 20' high. Offering $500, we will cover the cost of replacement material, it is less than 1/2 a days work for 1 experienced person. Must be professional. 2) We need a window shutter replaced, you will need a ladder for this as well, offering $150. Ideally the same person who does the siding can also do this job. Must be professional. 3) We need the vinyl siding and a brick chimney power washed to remove film and algae, offering $250, we have water on site. Must be professional. 4) We need a flooring contractor to cut out and replace a small section of water damaged laminate flooring in the living room, it is less than 4 sq ft, must be professional, should be less than 1 hour for an experienced flooring contractor, offering $150. We have the additional flooring for the replacement. Must be professional. 5) We need a handyman to make sure a dishwasher is aligned properly, it is slightly tilting forward, offering $100, we would cover the cost of any brackets needed. Must be professional. 6) We need a flooring contract to fix a chipped porcelain tile, we have the chipped piece, offering $50, we could reimburse you for any adhesives needed. Must be professional. 7) We need a handyman to replace bent aluminum garage door panels, there are 3 that need to be replaced, offering $200. We would cover the cost of the panels. Must be professional. 8) We need the front porch post and garage door posts scraped and repainted, offering $250, we would cover the cost of paint. Must be professional. 9) We need a residential HVAC condenser unit reconnected to furnace, and filled with refrigerant. Offering $800, we would cover the cost of refrigerant and tubing. Must have EPA certificate.
