Who/What Are We Looking For? We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade.  Our month-long training class will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training. Our HVAC Install Helper class will teach candidates how to: -Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications -Learn some basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units -Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing -Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes -Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment Qualifications: -High school diploma (or GED) -Strong decision-making abilities -Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction -Meet all attendance and dependability requirements -Team player -Valid driver's license and dependable transportation  Who Are We? -F.H.
