Seeking Out Room or Housing In Or Near SMU

Looking for housing or a room in listed areas, but possibly open to other areas as well. Just spent the last three years for a Veteran dying from cancer and he has recently past away. This required me to stay and live in with him in his apartment 24/7. I did everything for him. Several times he asked me while he had cancer if I was going to leave him and I told him no because that would not be the right thing to do. Now I am feeling like everyone has abandoned me. His church made it sound like they were going to help with housing and have never heard back from them. My goal is to start working and hopefully save up enough for a place of my own. Hopefully I can live somewhere with someone that actually wants to help someone else out. About me I am always helping others beyond my own needs. I and quiet and drama free. Don't like lots of noise. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. I like to ride my bike and LOVE animals. Very dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Hoping someone out there can help me out. I do not mind helping someone else out I just can't be in a situation where I need to be constantly at the house 24/7 caring for someone else out. Feel like I have been doing that my entire life and need to start looking out for myself. If anyone can help me out please contact me and send me more details and general location.
