We are looking for a licensed pest control person, who is a sole proprietor or small company, who works Denver's Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are looking for a long-term customer/contractor relationship.
We are long-time landlord owner operators of 3 apartment buildings that total 104 units. We need pest spraying, from time - to - time, for bed bugs and roaches. We usually treat 2-4 apartments per visit. We prefer to give you 3-8 days of lead time, to receive emailed or paper invoices, and to pay via check mailed US mail, 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of the invoice.
We make it easy for you. We notify the tenants ahead of time, we meet you at the building at our appointed time, we work the keys for you, and we pay like clockwork.
