SHJ Construction Group is an installation team for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, an automatic conveyorized car wash company. This role will travel around the United States to perform all duties in both 10-day and 5-day increments. We provide hands on training in most trades such as Welding, Plumbing, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Pipe Bending, and Electrical. Company provides hotels and per diem while working and offering a $1,000 sign on bonus. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their trade skills and build their resume in a unique way! Experience and Skills Required: - Basic knowledge of tools and their functions. (Power tools/Hand tools) - Basic mechanics preferred - Knowledge of how to stay safe on a construction site - Ability to lift over 50 pounds - Ability to climb ladders - All other skills will be taught during work Requirements: - Must live within a one-hour radius of a major airport. - Must have a valid license to drive - Phone availability on off-time to coordinate our travel logistics - Pre-employment screening to include background check and drug screen. Starting pay is $18 per hour. There is lots of opportunity to grow your wage quickly if you retain knowledge and learn to do the required trades. Bonus Structure for finishing projects as well!
