We complete preservation work as it relates to satisfying the banks needs in securing, preserving and making ready for conveyance foreclosed properties held by banks. We are based out of Chicago, Illinois area. Compensation: Time and Material Needs: 24 to 52 Hours - depending on industry needs All our clients require work performed be held to very strict due dates and must be met 100% of the time. We expect all workers to complete the quality of work required in the property preservation industry. We also would be glad to train if someone does not have experience and eager to learn. Worker's Requirements: o Valid Driver's License and provide a valid vehicle insurance certificate o Tools and Knowledge to complete: Change locks Winterizations Roof Inspections Basic carpentry skills Basic plumbing skills Pool Tarping / Boarding Roof - Minor Repairs, Flashing, Tarping Property Trash-Out Many misc. property preservation tasks o Own and be proficient with a Smart Phone Use Client App - Photo Direct (instructions to be provided) Take pictures - Extensive photos are required o Provide detailed and quality reporting on property conditions Via white board / paper/ or other Damages Provide Measurements o On occasion: Cut Grass (Mow, Trim, Edge, and Blow), trim shrubs, remove weeds, & trim trees Snow Removal
