Dimensional Communications Inc. is interested in hiring an entry level warehouse assistant to join our staff. We are looking for a detail oriented, hardworking individual with good organizational skills and a clean driving record to fill a full-time position as a warehouse assistant and a delivery driver. The compensation for the warehouse assistant position ranges between $15/per hour and $20/hour and is negotiable based on experience. We offer a competitive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance, vacation time, and a retirement plan (after probationary periods).
The warehouse assistant will be responsible for assisting our warehouse manager in managing the warehouse. This primarily includes shipping and receiving, and warehouse cleaning and organization, but may also include several other miscellaneous tasks. The warehouse assistant tasks entail a lot of moving of boxes and pallet organization so applicants must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs unaided.
The warehouse assistant will also be tasked with deliveries to and from jobsites. Deliveries will be made in a box truck, a cargo van, or a pickup truck/trailer combination depending on the delivery. It is imperative that applicants have a clean driving record. Hiring is contingent upon confirmation from our insurance company that the applicant can be covered under our automobile insurance policy.
