Looking for an all around handyman for Multi Family Buildings

Hello- I am looking for an all around handyman who has solid experience across plumbing, electrical and framing and more. This is for an ongoing job to support a couple small apartment buildings and homes. Here are some general tasks that describe some of the types of work: 1) snake out drains 2) remove and plant trees 3) replace light fixtures and switches 4) power wash sidewalks 5) repaint rooms 6) build fences 7) haul trash away So stuff like that -- a combination of repairs and sometimes upgrades. You should have a reliable work truck or van. Live within the DMV area. Be available for emergencies 24/7. Be a honest and affable person who can work and interact with tenants, and generally have a great demeanor and attention to detail. Because of the type of work is so varied, all work is done on a base hourly basis. Our last Handyman worked for us for 4 years. We see this similarly where you'll have on going work for along time. Paying $35 per hour +$25 per hour if you have a second person for a job. Payment is generally made on a weekly basis through Cash App or Apple Pay.
