Must be: Reliable and timely Able to work alone and with a team Self starter Be familiar with operating small equipment in a safe manner and maintaining same equipment. Must be detail oriented and have the desire to learn Good communication skills Bilingual is a plus Familiarity with irrigation and livestock handling a plus.
