Our company provides services within 3 separate divisions of residential real estate, and we're looking to hire at least 15 people between now and April 18th! Our company services more than neighbors, we pressure wash entire neighborhoods cleaning more than 70 houses, daily... We need punctual, hard working, quick learning and focused individuals to join our team! A great attitude, reliability, and a hunger to grow not as just a pressure cleaner, but we like to encourage our members to learn business, how to handle corporate capital in a way to earn more! We're working on expanding on a National level, and we're ready to train you from washing to inspecting, accounting and corporate growth, all to help you set up another division for us where ever you choose! PLENTY of potential to prosper with us. The job is VERY easy: - Start your pressure washer up (everything is set up and ready to start spraying prior to your arrival), - Thoroughly rinse/clean brand new concrete pads with a 3,600 PSI Pressure Washer using a 40 degree tip - Move in Rhythm as you wash, as hoses and equipment will be moved, monitored and maintained as you clean - Once the daily objective is met, you'll call it a day and the operations manager will break down for the day and coordinate as continued. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (-1 hour lunch break) Salary Based, payday on 1st & 15th $3,200.00 Gross Income Monthly $1,600.00 Gross Income 1st & 15th We offer realistic and achievable incentives to no surmise on a daily basis! The salary pay rate will remain as is, although incentives are paid with pre-paid Visa cards. $800 in weekly incentives available PER EMPLOYEE.
