Description
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and capable of problem solving. The candidate will ensure the security of the houses and property with daily walk-throughs and property monitoring, as well as mowing/trimming, weeding, irrigating, managing vendors/subcontractors, machine maintenance, pool maintenance, and other duties as assigned. This is a temporary position that begins April 15 and ends November 15 (with the possibility of extending into the winter/becoming permanent, depending on circumstances). The work schedule is somewhat flexible, but caretaker must walk through property five days per week.
Qualifications: five years of experience in a combination of the following: property maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, agriculture, mechanics, tree care, or gardening. The candidate must also pass a background check and be hardworking, honest and possess a high degree integrity.
