We are looking for a hard working, dedicated HVAC technician to join our growing staff. This role will include installing, inspecting and fixing our customers heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Candidates should have 5+ experience and provide references. Must be comfortable working with little to no supervision. Duties and responsibilities: Travel to homes and businesses on daily basis as scheduled Perform consultations with homeowners Determine customer needs and discuss solutions Install new heating and cooling systems Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety Conduct performance tests with specialized tools Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems Troubleshoot current systems Repair damaged HVAC systems Sell ongoing maintenance contracts Be able to record payment transactions and information in invoices Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and resources Requirements: Proven field experiencs Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service HVAC equipment Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules, including on call Familiar with technology such as IPad/android phones 5+ years of service technician experience NATE certified a plus Sales experience a plus Stable employment history Clean and professional appearance Excellent communication skills Valid drivers license and clean driving record
