Seeking an experienced Warehouse Representative to facilitate our Warehouse and Will Call operations. This position is a customer service and sales-oriented position that directly provides our customers with product, accurately fulfills their order and assists with inquiries. This position works to solve customer issues, promote business and sales opportunities, and enhance the customer's experience. This position also helps oversee warehouse operations and inventories. ------------------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinates all warehouse operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Fulfills customer orders and requisitions in a timely and accurate manner. - Answers incoming calls and processes customers' orders as well as proactively calls customers to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. - Addresses customer concerns and questions and provides resolution to problems and inquiries. - Maintains accurate customer and product information through data entry systems. - Facilitates the dispatch and delivery of products including daily deliveries and driver routes. - Receives, takes, research and purchase inventory of all products coming into and leaving the warehouse - Builds and promotes strong relationships with vendors to promote warehouse operations. - Takes and keeps accurate inventories. - Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Checks deliveries for accuracy and product --------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS: - Must have strong customer service and problem resolution skills. - Must be able to work in a face-paced high-volume environment. - Must have good verbal and written communication skills. - Prior warehouse or sales experience a plus. - Must be able to handle a high volume of customer requests. - Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. - Knowledge or ability to learn computerized purchasing receiving system is required. - Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. - Must be able to perform with minimal direction. - Must always display maturity and professionalism Benefits - Eligible for Raise in 60 Days - Medical and Dental Insurance after 60 Days - Paid Holidays after 90 Days - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation after 1 Year Respond via email or fax: 3039346430 Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Location: I25 and 6th Ave. - Warehouse Quad Valid Driver License REQUIRED Drug Free Environment - Drug Testing Background Check Will Be Processed
