seeking qualified house cleaner

I have a 480 square foot studio apartment that needs cleaning twice a month. Top to bottom. I am seeking someone that has verifiable references. If you don't have verifiable references please do not apply or inquire about this position. I'm looking for somebody that is trustworthy and will do a good job. There is approximately an hour or an hour and a half cleaning that needs to be done every other week.
