We are a vendor for a property management company. We receive anywhere from 5-25 work orders every day so our schedule is quite full. We need individual contractors to help us with these. Some work orders consist of minor landscaping, electrical, plumbing, drywall, garage door repairs, appliance repairs, tree removal, etc. We are not looking to fill a crew. We pay via ZellePay, Venmo and Cash App We are looking for subcontractors that can handle MULTIPLE work orders and have IMMEDIATE availability.
