So, if you believe you have the Right Stuf, pun intended, we'd love to see your resume. Position Overview Handle all aspects of physically getting orders to customers. This includes picking the items, packaging, and then shipping the completed order. Shift: 7am – 3:30pm Roles & Responsibilities Locate and pull customer order items with scanning device Ensure quantity and specific items are accurate Review customer orders and ensure all items are included Understand warehouse layout Consistently meet picking metrics Navigate Pace Jet device Identify proper packaging and shipping method Assemble packaging, such as boxes and inserts Inspect product for damage when picking for orders and when packaging Package items to be shipped safely, ensuring they will arrive in an undamaged condition Understand and utilize different methods of shipping that are appropriate for the item and lowest cost for the company Expedite items as needed per customer request Ship customer orders as indicated on the order Use shipping management system to accurately calculate freight costs for dealer orders or other departmental needs Maintain work station shipping supplies Ensure items are properly packed and labeled Assist with periodic (semi-annual and/or annual) company inventory by counting items as listed and noting variances Daily cycle counting Restocking shelves Help keep warehouse area an organized environment Operate shrink wrap machine as needed Other duties as assigned An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. RequirementsQualified Candidates will have: High School Diploma or GED Basic math skills Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment Team-oriented attitude Excellent punctuality and attendance PI170802770
