Seeking someone to build 2 Heathkit TA-28 pedals for me

Advertised about a month ago for someone who can build me a couple of Heathkit TA-28 fuzz pedals. Thought I had a guy, but he's one of these CL Clowns who tells someone, "Hey, yeah, I can do that", and then nothing. Sent his butt an email, nothing back. Oh, well.... I'm not looking to get these for free, I'll be happy to pay a REASONABLE amount to make these (I'm not electronically inclined, or I'd build them myself). I just need one right away, as there's a certain musician who made this pedal famous (the band came from Flint) and I'd love to get it to him for his birthday the first week in April. I have the schematics and parts list, plus a couple of photos from the inside of one for reference. If you can do this, please get in touch. Thanks.
