Applicants for Lead Carpenter & Carpenters should have a strong interest and aptitude in all aspects of High-end residential construction. Carpenters Helper - Laborer positions will be trained. Applicants must be hard-working, self-motivated, reliable, have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a team. Home building in Vermont requires working in all types of inclement weather and is physically demanding. Safety is important, Applicants are expected to be able to safely use construction tools and equipment. Barone Construction, Inc. will supply equipment and materials needed to perform job-site tasks. Applicants should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and interested in working in a hands-on environment.
