Construction Project Foreman:
Seeking project foreman to manage and perform work on commercial construction site.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a crew of 3-10 guys performing various trades.
- Making sure that all individuals under you are adhering to standards of professionalism, quality, and production.
- Recording hours and relaying them to project supervisor on a daily basis.
- Reviewing time cards and authorizing billing.
- Picking up materials.
- Self performing various carpentry tasks and general site maintenance responsibilities.
Hours: 7:00 - 3:30
