Description
We’re seeking a Lake Technician for a permanent position providing service to our clients at locations throughout Metro Atlanta. Company's home base is in Woodstock. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with others outdoors and have an interest in the management of aquatic environments including cleaning up lakes, treatment of invasive weeds and algae, maintaining spillways and fountains, applying fertilizer, and maintaining fish feeders. Working conditions vary; the candidate must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. The candidate will be required to take the exam to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License within six months of employment. Position is full-time. Part-time candidates will be considered if able to work at least three week days (roughly 30 hours) a week. The position is open until filled.
Starting pay range is $12.00-$15.00 per hour; negotiable depending on experience. Overtime available in the spring and summer seasons.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 18 years old
- Physical agility (capable of carrying heavy loads over uneven terrain and performing physical tasks on a daily basis)
- Must be able to swim
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must pass drug test and background check before beginning employment
Preferred but not Required Education/Experience:
- Invasive aquatic vegetation control
- Use of kayaks, jon boats, and outboard motors
- Pickup truck/trailer experience
- Outdoor work experience
