Back End Logistics, Inc. is currently seeking Appliance Installation Drivers and Assistants Local Routes * Home Every Night *Great Company Culture * Uniforms and Tools are provided. Back End Logistics, Inc. is growing quickly and we are looking for Appliance Installation Teams to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team-player and has experience with deliveries to customers. Experience with appliance installation is a plus, but training is available. As an Appliance Installation Team, you will deliver and install appliances inside customers' homes using a 26 foot box truck. You will work as part of a two-person team to make these deliveries. Responsibilities • Load, transport, deliver, and install items in a safe and timely manner. • Maintain paperwork to record deliveries and company provided DOT logbook as needed. • Assist with the installation of home appliances. • Communicate with customers and client representatives throughout the shift. • Must wear a clean uniform (company provided) each day. Schedule • 8-10 hour shifts typically starting between 6:00am – 7:00am • Must be flexible to work weekends, overtime and holidays. Driver Requirements • Valid driver's license • Minimum 2 years experience driving a 26 foot box truck with air-breaks. • Knowledge of consumer appliance delivery and installation • 21 years of age • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, MVR, background check • Able to safely walk, bend, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel daily • Able to continually lift items weighing 150 pounds Assistant Requirements • Valid driver's license • Knowledge of consumer appliance delivery and installation • 18 years of age • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, MVR, background check • Able to safely walk, bend, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel daily • Able to continually lift items weighing 150 pounds Pay Scale: Driver will receive $185.00 per day Assistants will receive $150.00 per day We offer out of town bonuses based on distance as well.
