Must be able to work Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Will support all apartments in Montgomery Housing Authority district! Pay Rate: $16-$19 hourly based on experience Experience with: i.e. (painting, carpentry, electrical roofing, or general plumbing) Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must have clean background (no felonies or misdemeanors) Start as soon as March 28th!!!
