I Rescued Scuba Steve from the streets last July. Since being with me he has made many strides in learning to be a doggo again. Scuba was definitely abused by a man prior to coming to me and for this reason he can only go to a female only home or a home with an EXPERIENCED dog trainer. I believe him to be a Shepard/husky mix but this is purely me guessing. He loves to go camping and be with his human. I have two kids and he’s started growling at them (only while in his cage otherwise he’s fantastic with them) but this one behavior has me with two small humans and a dog that makes me anxious around them. I don’t want him at pacc as I know his true colors won’t shine there. I’d rather adopt him out myself. There is a rehoming fee and I can send him with collar, leash, toys, his cage and some food.
