Skilled Construction Workers Qualifications ● Minimum of 5 years experience (Required) ● High School or equivalent (Prefered) Job Details Contract, piece work, hourly Wages depending on experience and performance Job Description Qualified painter drywall journeyman needed. Experience in other trades is a plus. Such as ceramic tile, carpentry, cabinet making, fence building, handyman etc. Must be able to work as a team player or individually. Carpenters both rough, framing, finish and cabinet makers. Masons, Caulkers, Concrete, BrickLayer, Tuck Point. Responsibilities ● Ability to follow directions, communicate and work well with others in a team environment ● Prepare and organize area to be painted ● Ensure all supplies/paints and other materials have been secured for the project ● Thoroughly clean area, supplies and equipment when project is complete ● Assist and perform other work duties as directed by management Skills ● Hang and install drywall ● Knowledge of commercial and residential painting techniques ● Tape, bed and texture ● Paint surfaces with various tools, brush, roll, spray ● Masking and protection of property ● Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail ● Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment ● Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions
