Do you enjoy working outside? Smith Excavating is looking to hire motivated employees ready for a career in Right-of-Way (ROW) maintenance. We are known for our speed, safety, and uncompromising quality of work. Specialized areas of utility maintenance can include: -Reclamation -New and existing right of way clearing -Storm damage clean up -Erosion control and seeding -Stream restoration -Bush-hogging We are operator qualified in: -Pipeline locating -Excavation and backfill -Abnormal operating conditions -Pipeline patrolling -Monitoring atmospheric corrosion Job includes or can include running equipment with brush cutters and weed eating. Although, this is an entry level position with our company there are opportunities to learn and grow within the company as well. This will be out of town work with overnight stays Monday - Friday, but will be home on weekends. We pay per diem and hotel cost. You must be able to pass a drug screen at time of employment with no exceptions. Drivers license is a plus, but not a must. Must be able and willing to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. Hiring right away, need people today!!!
